This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive position, located in Gurugram. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online support, and delivering top-notch customer service. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting technical issues and escalating unresolved queries to ensure timely resolution.
