We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience in customer service or support.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting product issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and software troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates must be proficient in Hindi.
