Hiring for Domestic Process- Customer Support Associate

NOTE: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Interface with customers via inbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of or actively offering services.
  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
  • Must be very confident and presentable.
  • Should have excellent convincing and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously & be receptive to change.

  • Any Graduate / Under-Graduate / drop out / pursuing Bachelors- any fresher can apply.
