This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients.
- Respond to user queries via chat, email, or call in a timely, empathetic, and effective manner
- Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate to tech team if required
- Guide job seekers and recruiters through registration, interview setup, or platform usage
- Maintain knowledge base documentation and suggest improvements for self-serve help
- Initiate outbound calls emails or WhatsApp messages to leads primarily B2B recruiters
- Clearly articulate Zepcruit's product benefits and convert interest into product demos or sign-ups
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the onboarding funnel
- Maintain detailed records of outreach and progress in CRM tools
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with users and HR teams
- Follow up with relevanty job seekers to sign up and apply for open jobs
- Collect feedback and relay actionable insights to the product and sales teams
- Ensure every recruiter onboarded feels supported and is nudged toward success
