Job Description

Mastek are looking for an experienced individual to join as Customer Success Manager.

Location-Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Chennai

Must have Experiance on -

Oracle project Implementation and management Experiance.

  • Should have project management experience apart from the experience in managing quality and quality certifications in the projects
  • Should be able to apply process frameworks like ISO 9001, ISO 20000 and CMMi
  • Should have exposure of implementation of project lifecycles like Agile, waterfall, iterative, Service Lifecycle, etc.
  • Should have understanding of Quality Assurance, Quality Control & Quality Management
  • Should have been part of Software development, Service Management, Product Development and or Cloud Implementation programs.
  • Awareness to various process models viz; ISO, CMMi, ISMS and industry certifications

Responsibilities

  • Enable project success through defining and refining of processes for the project
  • Co-ordinate and execute audits as per plans for verifying process compliance
  • Coach and mentor the project teams on the project management and process aspects
  • Ensure the project team is trained on the required skill sets
  • Participate in / Initiate process improvement activities in the project as well as at an organizational level
  • Process facilitation for Corporate Functions.
  • Provide support for Pre-Sales and Customer Visits

Other responsibilities

  • Participate in Contract / Statement of Work (SOW) Reviews.
  • Facilitate definition and conduct reviews of the project strategy and plans in context with all stakeholder expectations
  • Facilitate effective implementation of Quantitative Project Management
  • Share best practices across projects
  • Participate in project reviews within the project and with the DU heads
  • Ensure non-conformances are addressed in stipulated time

Co-ordinate and execute audits as per plans for verifying process compliance

  • Co-ordinate with projects /functions to identify audit focus and define audit plans
  • Provide inputs to prepare Internal Quality Audit (IQA) plans based on project milestones
  • Execute Audits as per plans
  • Articulate audit findings and present to the relevant stakeholders for corrective and preventive actions
  • Identify Good Practices that can be taken up for organizational roll out
  • Conduct timely verification audit for closure of Non conformance
  • Conduct startup/delivery/focused/IQA/Closure audits as mandated by the QMS and respective project plans

Coach and mentor the project teams on the project management and process aspects

  • Anticipate major risks on the project and help the PM to create suitable action plans
  • Guide the project manager / leads on the planning and monitoring, using project management tools
  • Guide project teams on implementation of Agile ceremonies
  • Guide projects on adoption of Service Lifecycle processes
  • Guide the project manager / leads in data analysis, provide insights based on data & improvements thereof
  • Handhold the project managers / leads on usage of statistical tools and techniques including implementation of Prediction Models
  • Monitor to check effective implementation of processes and project performance against the norms
  • Facilitate Causal Analysis & drive improvements
  • Monitor actions based on Customer Satisfaction Data

Ensure the project team is trained on the required skill sets

  • Ensure the training needs for the team are identified as per the required skill set
  • Conduct the process related trainings, where applicable
