Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or/and IT project management
  • Experience from an Automation/ RPA/ technology-based company is preferred
  • Experience with stakeholder management and building strong relationships across business functions
  • Experience in managing customer lifecycle with skills to drive, predict, monitor, and control the customer journey
  • Strong customer relations skills. You must be comfortable with and skilled in driving an iterative customer engagement process, addressing critical issues, and have excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills. You are fluent in written and verbal English.
  • MBA. preferable in Business Administration or Computer Science
