3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or/and IT project management
Experience from an Automation/ RPA/ technology-based company is preferred
Experience with stakeholder management and building strong relationships across business functions
Experience in managing customer lifecycle with skills to drive, predict, monitor, and control the customer journey
Strong customer relations skills. You must be comfortable with and skilled in driving an iterative customer engagement process, addressing critical issues, and have excellent problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills. You are fluent in written and verbal English.
MBA. preferable in Business Administration or Computer Science
