Looking for a Dynamic Customer Sucess Manager for a Tech platform based out of Mumbai!
Job Responsibilities
1. Primary Point of Contact for Corporate accounts
2. Promptly respond to Client queries
3. Identify opportunities for growth and upsell
4. Collaborate with the product team and give feedback on the client's needs
5. Provide training and guidance to the client on how to best use the Product
6. Work with leadership to streamline and improve processes and implement new initiatives for the department
Job Requirements
1. 2 - 7 years in a Key Account Management, Client Success role in the B2B space - preferably in SaaS / Software, Legal Tech, Martech, Corporate Insurance, etc
2. Genuine Customer Empathy and strong time management skills, team management experience is a plus
3. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
4. Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Excel
