Job Description

Times network is hiring for Customer Success Executive/ Manager.

Job Description

1-3 years of experience in managing digital campaigns

Coordination with clients / agencies and internal teams like sales, adops, sales strategy credit control, and finance.

To ensure completion of campaigns as per the stipulated duration, goals, targeting and other bespoke objectives of the campaigns

To ensure revenue realisation, and invoicing is completed on monthly basis

To ensure post evaluation of all campaigns.

To share all required reports on time with clients / agencies and internal teams

To keep all sales team members informed about the successful campaigns.

Build case studies of all campaigns.

Campaign analysis, insights, and provide intelligence to improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

Good written and vocal communication

Experienced with all campaign management tools like GA, Adsense, Admanager etc

Understanding of tools like Comscore, Similarweb, Playboard etc

Excellent with MS office, in particular with PPT and Excel.
