MANDATORY - BENGALURU BASED
(Although the typical working hours are from 10am to 6 pm, since many of our customers are based in the US, there may be occasions when you must do on-boarding or live support late into the night. We will anyway try to keep this to a minimum.)
Who we are looking for
- Freshers and individuals with up to 1 year of work experience can apply.
- Meticulous in documentation and note-taking abilities
- Agile; able to switch gears multiple times throughout the day
- Exemplary in time-management and client-management skills
- Passionate about technology and innovation with advanced computer skill
What will you do
- Own the onboarding process for new clients, including setup and delivering product training.
- Develop deep product knowledge to effectively guide clients and address their queries.
- Manage and resolve incoming support requests via chat, email, and calls with clients.
- Encourage customers to upgrade their plans or adopt relevant product features (upsell/cross-sell) based on their needs and usage.
- Create and maintain support documentation, including FAQs and knowledge base articles.
- Improve and update onboarding materials and training guides.
- Produce how-to videos, screen recordings, and visual guides to support customer workflows.
- Conduct basic product testing and report bugs or usability issues to the product team with clear documentation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, learning fast, and playing a key part in improving customer experience in a growing SaaS company.
