Role Description

The Customer Success Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction and retention by acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support. You will also proactively engage with clients, analyze their needs, and provide effective solutions. Additionally, responsibilities include managing key accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
  • Strong skills in Customer Support and Account Management
  • Proven Analytical Skills for understanding customer needs and improving services
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer management tools is a plus
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
