We are looking for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in the financial services sector. The role involves customer interaction, document verification, follow-ups, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and resolve queries.
• Follow up for documents, payments, and required information.
• Verify customer documents and maintain accurate records.
• Support customers with repayment and product-related guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates from any discipline.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
