About The Role

As a Customer Success Associate (CSA), you'll be the bridge between our customers and the product, helping them unlock maximum value from SpotDraft. You'll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention by being their trusted partner throughout their journey.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Product Adoption: Educate clients on new features, best practices, and strategies to maximize their use of SpotDraft.
  • Deliver Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality resolutions.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Collect and share customer insights to influence product development and enhance user experience.
  • Own Renewals & Growth: Monitor account health, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure timely renewals.
  • Monitor Customer Health: Track engagement metrics and develop proactive strategies to ensure customer success.
  • Lead Strategic Reviews: Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders to assess progress and align on future goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 13 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in SaaS, legal tech, or B2B technology.
  • Or, a motivated learner eager to grow customer-facing skills with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills clear, empathetic, and adaptable to varied audiences.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to grasp complex software products.
  • A customer-first mindset with a track record of building strong relationships and driving satisfaction.
  • Analytical and proactive, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
