Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB customers across North America.
  • Sales Enablement: Identify and capitalize on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in high-potential accounts.
  • Lead Management: Maximize Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Market Research: Utilize LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other tools to identify potential account expansion opportunities.
  • Solution Collaboration: Work with internal experts to enhance customer experience with solutions like Adobe Sign, Stock, and Creative Cloud.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers with subscription challenges and provide value-driven guidance on Adobe solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Proven track record in managing a large set of SMB customers.
  • Experience in international sales, preferably in North America.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work in US time zones.
  • Passion for technology and proactive, task-focused learning.

Exclusions:

  • Ed-tech experience, Lead generation, Onboarding, Renewals, Domestic Exposure.
