Job Description

Customer Success Intern

TerraTern is seeking a motivated Customer Success Intern to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, resolving challenges, and identifying upsell opportunities while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Testimonial Collection: Proactively gather and manage client testimonials, case studies, and feedback to showcase success stories.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer issues promptly, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver actionable solutions to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Upsell/Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts by promoting additional products or services aligned with their needs.
  • Communication: Maintain regular touchpoints with clients via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their goals and ensure alignment.
  • Customer Service: Provide end-to-end support, including onboarding, training, and ongoing assistance, to maximize product adoption and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years in customer success, account management, or related fields.( Freshers can also apply)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex client issues.
  • Experience in upselling/cross-selling within a B2C environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Background in SaaS, tech, or immigration services.
