Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Staff located in Ambala And Moga district. The Customer Service Staff will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tasks will include managing customer interactions through phone calls and emails, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and delivering a positive customer experience.

- Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the food and health industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
