Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Customer Inquiries:Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns via various channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Resolve Issues and Complaints:Troubleshoot and resolve product or service problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., technical support, logistics, billing) when necessary.
  • Provide Product Knowledge:Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and guide customers effectively.
  • Process Orders and Transactions:Assist with the end-to-end order flow process, including order entry, modifications, returns, refunds, and processing payments.
  • Maintain Customer Records:Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in a CRM system or database.
  • Gather Feedback:Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify common problems, suggest process improvements, and contribute to product enhancement.
  • Build Relationships:Engage with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner to foster trust and nurture lasting relationships.
