  • Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Gathering customer feedback and suggesting ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Providing product and service information to customers.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Updating customer information and purchase history in the company's database.
  • Escalating complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Should have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
