Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering excellent customer service. The role will also involve creating a positive customer experience.

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus
  • Explaining product features to new clients effectively.
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with all clients.
  • Keeping clients updated about new features and enhancements.
  • Sending timely reminders for renewals to clients.
