About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Support Executive who can handle inbound calls, provide email support, coordinate internally for customer solutions, and also contribute to sales activities through lead generation and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have a balance of customer service skills and a sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities Key Skills Required
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and promptly. Excellent verbal and written communication (English, Hindi & Marathi)
Respond to customer emails with clarity, accuracy, and empathy. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., technical, operations) to resolve customer queries. Comfort with CRM tools and basic computer operations.
Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions. Positive attitude towards sales, follow-ups, and target-driven tasks.
Identify potential leads during support interactions and pass them on to the sales team or convert directly. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Follow up on warm leads to support business growth. Team coordination and problem-solving mindset.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints efficiently.
Provide feedback and insights to the team for service improvement.
Working Days & Timings: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM 5:30 PM, with one day off per week.
Salary Range: 25,000 to 27,000 per month.
