Job Description

Job Role:Customer Service Associate

Process: International Inbound Voice Process

Salary: Up to 40,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Thane, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift | 5 Days Working

Eligibility: 1 to 5 years Experience in US Voice Process | Healthcare experience is added advantage

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound calls from international customers with empathy and professionalism.

2. Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate information about healthcare services.

3. Resolve queries efficiently using CRM software and internal knowledge bases.

4. Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in company systems.

5. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.

6. Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining quality standards.

7. Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Minimum HSC Passed (Graduates Preferred)
