- As part of our outsourcing team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and professional communication with clients across the U.S. logistics and transportation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls related to freight shipments, order status, and service inquiries.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding logistics services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth dispatch, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a professional tone and high-quality customer experience on every call.
- Log call details and update systems (CRM, TMS) as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Confident and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and calmly under pressure.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
- Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or logistics.
