  • We are looking for confident, dedicated, and highly communicative Customer Service Agents to join our growing team. This role involves handling inbound calls for a U.S.-based logistics company, assisting customers with shipment inquiries, providing updates, resolving basic issues, and supporting sales and service teams.
  • As part of our outsourcing team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and professional communication with clients across the U.S. logistics and transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to freight shipments, order status, and service inquiries.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding logistics services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth dispatch, tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain a professional tone and high-quality customer experience on every call.
  • Log call details and update systems (CRM, TMS) as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confident and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle calls professionally and calmly under pressure.
  • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
  • Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or logistics.
