Shift timing : Fix day shift for girls with 1 week off &
Fix night shift for boys 10pm to 7am and rotational day shift

Job Details :
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding but not limited to; products, services, rates, account activity such as balances, account histories, stop payments, branch locations and hours, Retail Online Banking, Business Online Banking, Mobile Deposit, U-Deposit, Bill Pay, ATM/Checkcards and Telebank.
Education : Graduate with banking customer service experience required
Relevant Industry : BPO
Mandatory Skills :Need excellent English communication skills.
Optional Skills : - Salary (LPA) : Salary 19.5k - 28k
Allowance : Centralise pickup
