We are seeking a Customer Service Voice to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess excellent communication skills to interact with customers over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
