Job Description

  • They efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls and transfer them to the relevantagentor department as perthe tele calling script.
  • Conducting surveys to collect dataabout customer satisfaction, churn rate, brand image and awareness, etc.
  • Analyzing and reporting customer data to devise new strategies or update the existing ones
  • Communicating with them through variouschannels, including email.
  • Make appointments that fit into the schedule of the client and the customer.
  • Inform customers about updates, deals, offers, promotions, and policies and keep thesales funnelin motion.
  • I assist them if they are facing a problem and troubleshoot it.
  • Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company.
  • Fostering a healthy relationship between the client and the customer.
  • Overseeing timely delivery and payment ofsales orders.
  • Handling allVoice and Processesin BPOs & Call centers.
