Job Description

Qua is a modern-age womenswear brand that is committed to elevating modern women. As we are expanding, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE to join our team. Immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer queries and requests across email, WhatsApp, website chat, and social media DMs.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, sizing, availability, orders, and returns.
  • Handle exchange, return, and refund requests in coordination with warehouse and operations teams.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Track recurring customer issues and share insights to help improve overall experience.
  • Assist in styling and product recommendations to help customers make confident purchases.
  • Maintain QUA's tone of voice - calm, respectful, and empathetic - in every conversation.
  • Meet performance KPIs like response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score.

Key Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys interacting with people and creating positive experiences.
  • Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with customer support tools.
  • Able to join immediately
