Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Service Desk Executive. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints, managing communication between multiple stakeholders, and efficiently coordinating with teams to resolve issues. The Service Desk Executive will also ensure service quality and maintain records of all customer interactions for process improvements and reporting.
