Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Service Desk Executive. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints, managing communication between multiple stakeholders, and efficiently coordinating with teams to resolve issues. The Service Desk Executive will also ensure service quality and maintain records of all customer interactions for process improvements and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders
  • Should have 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Should be proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarathi.
  • Customer Service expertise and the ability to address complaints or inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Team Management and Organization skills to collaborate with teams and organize workflows efficiently
  • Ability to work in a remote setup with a reliable internet connection and self-discipline
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and creating solutions to enhance customer experience
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; prior experience in customer service, service desk, or similar roles is a plus
