Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Executives with a strong background in International Inbound Voice Process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls from international customers.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and accurately.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting process and quality standards.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.
• Adhere to process guidelines, compliance requirements, and client-specific protocols.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in an International Voice Process.
• Inbound Calling experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
• Graduation/Postgraduation completion certificate and original mark sheets are mandatory for onboarding.
• Willingness to work in the US Shift.
• Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
• Willing to work 100% Work From Office (WFO) from the Bangalore location.
• Must be willing to complete all client-mandated training programs.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
