Responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through calls, emails, chat, and other support channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Resolve complaints by identifying problems and offering appropriate solutions.
Maintain records of interactions and follow up for closure.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Meet service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
