Job Purpose
To manage Customer Correspondence received through e-mail.
Roles & Responsibilities
To manage Customer Correspondence received through e-mail and ensure that customers are responded within 24 hours.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams/stake holders.
- Ability to manage challenging situations and go the extra mile.
Key Success Metrics
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Good understanding of FAS Tag products and processes,
- Excellent on typing and MS Office skills.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com)/Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA)
Post-graduation: MBA/PGDM
Experience: 00 to 02 Years of Experience
