Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our service excellence by handling international voice processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated good communication skills suitable for coordinating with international clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to work efficiently as a fresher and adapt quickly to new environments (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in international voice process operations, managing and resolving client issues.
  • Strong customer support skills with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
  • Proficiency in call handling, with the ability to manage multiple calls effectively.
  • Excellent active listening skills to accurately interpret client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Basic problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
