Responsibilities
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Providing product information to customers
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Managing a large volume of customer calls and emails
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Skills and Qualifications
0-7 years of experience in customer service or a related field
