Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurdaspur, Punjab - Regional Office, for a Customer Service Assistant. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of customer service. Daily tasks include responding to queries via phone, email, and social media, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with their CASETiNO products.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Ability to Handle Customer Relationships
  • Experience in Customer Support, Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively
  • Ability to work well in a team and provide support in a collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Flexibility to work weekends or late hours if needed
