About the role- We are seeking a skilled and proactive CRM Systems Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in managing our CRM software, telephony software, and service ticket management software. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM systems and will be responsible for designing solutions, problem-solving, and optimizing these systems to derive maximum value and efficiency

EXPERIENCE

Duties you'll be entrusted with:

  • CRM Management: Oversee and manage the company's CRM system, ensuring it meets business needs and supports customer relationship management processes effectively.
  • Telephony Software: Manage and optimize telephony software systems to enhance customer interactions and streamline communication processes.
  • Service Ticket Management: Administer service ticket management software, ensuring efficient handling of customer issues and inquiries.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate CRM and related systems with other business applications and databases.
  • Solution Design: Design and implement CRM solutions and enhancements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize CRM data analytics to generate insights and drive strategic decisions, improving sales and service processes.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on CRM system functionalities and best practices.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of CRM and related systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with CRM software vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met.

Expectations from you:

Basic Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot), telephony software, and service ticket management systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying system issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing CRM system projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying updated on CRM trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
