Customer Service Executive International Voice Process

Location: Malad / Thane (Work from Office)

Salary Range: 18,000 42,000 per month

Experience Required: 6 months 2 years international voice. Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

Shift Timings: Rotational night shifts (US, UK and Australian)

Week Offs: Rotational 2 week offs

Job Description:

Hiring Customer Service Executives for international voice process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting global customers and resolving their queries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls with professionalism
  • Provide accurate information and solutions
  • Maintain call quality and meet performance metrics
  • Work in rotational night shifts as per business requirements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolution

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • 6 months 2 years of international voice experience preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
