Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Acquisition Executive to join our team in the automotive industry. As a Customer Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to attract and retain customers, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities
Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels, including digital marketing campaigns, social media, and events
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotions
Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize customer acquisition strategies
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
Provide outstanding customer service and respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in customer acquisition or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
