Customer Delivery & Management is a subset team within Global Platform Solutions (GPS) Marketing and Engagement. With compelling communication we give our members and clients information and the power to build a better future. A trusted team of experts that will collaborate to deliver what our internal stakeholders and external customers need, plus more.

We must increase our members financial awareness and knowledge of any changes to their pension plans and make clear any actions they are required to take, to ensure better financial outcomes for them

Your role will focus on helping support the coordination and delivery of regular end investor customised email and letter communications for our workplace investing member, including support for your line manager and team members in their absence. With Corporate Actions, changes in investments can impact members differently, according to their life stage. This can make the required comms delivery complex and bespoke.

Additionally, you will be required to support enhancement projects to our delivery platforms (eg base letter/email templates) and quality check member comms and plan literature amends.

• Experience in supporting the delivery of content and project responsibilities are met to support the creation and despatch of a high volume of quick turnaround cross channel email and postal campaigns
• Ability to take a full brief from the client team, qualify key dates and deliverables and translate these requirements into email and post formats, data requests and creative briefs to internal colleagues
• Good understanding of pensions generally and specifically, how investment options (eg lifestyle strategy) work
• Strong focus on quality control, accuracy and attention to detail as part of our quality and process control processes
• Experience of working within a regulated financial services environment
• Ability to make a positive impact and have good influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Due to the complexity and bespoke nature of these comms, you will need to show high levels of flexibility, adaptability, when dealing with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
• Initiative and problem solving are a must as the comms content is not always standardised and requires individual solutions and negotiation to ensure effective project delivery
• A can do attitude and high focus on successful project delivery and completion are a must
