Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist who will be the initial touchpoint between our sales and implementation teams. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for new customers, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to successfully implement QuickReply.ai solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for new customers during the onboarding process.
  • Conduct demo walkthroughs, explaining the features and benefits of QuickReply.ai
  • Collaborate with the sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless handover of new customers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on WhatsApp API and integration processes.
  • Assist customers in setting up their accounts and understanding the platform's functionalities.
  • Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns during the onboarding phase.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay it to the product team for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with WhatsApp API, marketing automation platforms, or related technologies.
  • Ability to conduct engaging and informative product demos.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Previous experience in customer onboarding or support is a plus.
