About the Role
This is a senior corporate position for a global mobility leader where you will design the overarching customer experience (CX) and service frameworks, ensuring high-level experience strategy aligns with business goals and actual product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- CX Strategy & Service Design: Formulate and refine the long-term customer experience strategy by connecting macro societal research, consumer insights, and digital service ecosystems.
- Omnichannel Alignment: Act as the strategic advisor across all solution and development phases to ensure end-to-end customer journeys are consistent, seamless, and high-value.
- Process & Framework Creation: Establish and standardize a reproducible process and DesignOps framework that scales human-centered strategy across multiple corporate verticals.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate strategic dialogue and drive consensus between diverse, multi-disciplinary stakeholder groups globally to foster an experience-first culture.
Target Candidate Requirements
- The Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with a solid background as a strategic or business creation lead in CX strategy, service design, or macro user research. (This role focuses on end-to-end customer journeys, not traditional UI asset creation).
- Industry Domain: Current or recent experience in mobility, connected technology platforms, digital services, or managing large consumer experience accounts at a tier-1 consulting firm.
- Education & Pedigree: An interdisciplinary background across Design, Business, or Technology.
- Core Capabilities: Exceptional business acumen with the ability to turn ambiguous consumer challenges into structured, actionable hypotheses. Strong English communication skills are required for international corporate collaboration.
