We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback collection, or promotional activities.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, or escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate information is communicated to customers.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and patience in every customer interaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with call management systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
