Job Description


We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner. The candidate should also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels including phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Assist customers with product and service related queries
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Maintain customer records and update information as required
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
