We're hiring for a BPO company for Delhi/NCR// Only Fresher

Profile: Customer Care Executive

Location- Noida

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supporting the query and do the needful.

Solving the queries of customers.

Handling calls with excellent communication skills.

Maintaining clients records.

Customer service orientation.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must be a graduate in any stream (undergraduate can also apply)

Good communication skills

Should be okay working for Voice roles

Perks and benefits

Initial Salary 10k-15k (incentive)

6 days working (Sun Fixed off)

Office timings 10am-7pm

No rotational shifts

No sales No Target
