Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented
Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues related to products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.
- Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and policies.
- Achieve individual and team targets (e.g., customer satisfaction, call handling time).
- Stay updated with product knowledge and process changes.
- Provide feedback on customer concerns to help improve services and processes.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 02 years of experience in a voice process (freshers can apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
Preferred Qualities
- Prior experience in BPO or customer service environment.
