Detailed Responsibilities Meeting daily calling productivity target. Meeting daily lead generation target For NTB and existing customers. Meeting daily and monthly conversion target as per goal sheet. Attending daily team meetings for progress and performance. ESQ on every customer contact. Regular training on LUMOS Adherence to code of conduct and compliance. High on quality scores and proficiency test. Desired skills and competencies Communication and negotiation skills. Customer focus and result orientated.
