We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Acquisition Executive to engage with prospective customers, understand their learning needs, and recommend suitable FinGrad courses and programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound outreach, managing leads, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate leads and drive enrollments.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable FinGrad courses, webinars, and learning programs.
- Address customer queries, overcome objections, and guide prospects through the decision-making process to achieve successful conversions.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to enhance engagement and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Track leads, schedule timely follow-ups, and effectively manage opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from inquiry to enrollment.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by consistently delivering high-quality sales performance.
- Stay informed about FinGrad's products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate, value-driven guidance to customers.
