You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose, and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness and usability. Your role is pivotal in transforming business objectives into functional software components that support operational goals and improve overall efficiency within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web development practices.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building responsive user interfaces.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, including Apex programming and Salesforce data model.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues efficiently.
• Understanding of integration techniques and working with APIs within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
