Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to cloud-based platforms.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure integration solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
• Familiarity with API management, event-driven architecture, and data transformation techniques.
