Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. The role requires working closely with project teams to build scalable and efficient software using contemporary development frameworks. Daily activities include coding, testing, and refining software modules to meet specific business requirements while collaborating in an agile environment to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Administration, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
