CRM Telecaller

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic Telecallers to drive loyalty and referral sales by engaging with our existing customer base. The role focuses on building relationships, nurturing warm leads, and converting them into repeat and referral business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with existing customers to drive loyalty and referral sales
• Engage and nurture warm leads through effective conversations
• Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the brand
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Prior 1 yr experience in real estate sales/Insurance sales
• Female candidates only apply
• We need a female telesales candidate who has excellent sales and lead generation experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication skills with polished spoken English(International Level).
• Ability to build rapport and influence customers.
• Self-driven with a sales-oriented mindset.
