Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Executive located in Gurgaon. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring client data is accurately maintained, and analyzing customer trends and feedback. Tasks will include developing and executing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in CRM software and managing customer databases
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in coordinating with sales and marketing teams
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
