Position: Credit Manager LAP
Reporting to: Regional Credit Manager (RCM)
Specific Responsibilities:
- Underwriting of LAP Cases: Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of LAP applications to ensure creditworthiness and adherence to company policies.
- Loan Origination System and Loan Management System: Utilize and manage the Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) to optimize the credit process.
- Credit Turnaround Time (TAT): Maintain and improve Credit TAT to ensure efficient processing of loan applications.
- Credit Underwriting Management: Ensure all credit underwriting processes are conducted in compliance with established policies.
- Delinquency and NPA Monitoring: Monitor and manage delinquency and Non-Performing Assets (NPA) to stay within budgeted levels for the product.
- Credit Cost Management: Control credit costs as per approved budgets and optimize resource usage.
- Feedback to Credit Policy: Provide insights and feedback to improve credit policies based on underwriting experience.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data slicing, analysis, and publish relevant reports to support decision-making.
- Post Disbursement Document (PDD) Monitoring: Ensure all necessary post-disbursement documents are collected and monitored.
- Industry Analysis: Conduct analysis of the education sector to stay informed about industry trends and risks.

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Credit Underwriting.
